Hi there,

I came by the Battle Bunker for the first time last night and met Viv, who seemed like a great guy. Didn't want to interrupt anyone's games in progress (there were some insanely well-painted Terminators on the field) but I'm looking for one or two players to play against next week when I come in (I'm hoping to come in most weeks from now on).

I'm up for either some 40k (I can field up-to 2500 points of Tyranids, give or take, or a kill team of Tau if you like KT- which I do!) or some Space Hulk (I can bring my copy).

I've been out of the game for a while so don't have instant command of the rules. I play to have fun first and to win second.

When it comes to Wednesday nights, don't stress to much about organizing game, as long as you rock up, theres usually always at least half a dozen guys hanging around that you can challenge to a game.

But at the same, don't NOT organize games ahead of time, thats cool too, just saying "stress less"

yeah there are normally heaps of us there on wednesdays, if we aren't playing feel free to approach us and see if we want to play. as long as there is a free tale you'll get a game.

what time does it usually all kick off? I'm trying to decide whether to come straight from work or go home first and come in later.

It generally begins roughly around mid-late afternoon when people are finishing work/studies.

By the early evening, there are quite a few people.

On occasion we get some gamers coming in early afternoon.

So whatever time suits you best, feel free to come in.

Yeah we usally come in early afternoon, 3pm plus. And yeah rock's right just ask around someone will be up for a game. The termi's weren't deathwing were they.
